ROLE DESCRIPTION:
State Farm - Pam Leonard-Williams Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a State Farm Agent with 22 years' experience, I have created a culture in my agency where it is not just another job but more like family. The team loves our monthly team building activities and annual retreats. I have prior team members who have become State Farm Agents, I coach and mentor for success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
State Farm - Pam Leonard-Williams Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Outbound calls offering new products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Currently licensed or a willingness to obtain your insurance license
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
